My 1st Honeymoon trip was to Munnar organized by Roadie – o. Because of the great experience I had there, I planned for next trip to Kodaikanal for 2 days through Roadie-O itself.
Of course, on behalf of Roadie-o’s , it’s Founder Member Mr. Prakash organized a very comfortable itenary for our stay, Food and Travel.
For May 28 and 29 (Saturday & Sunday) travel , we planned our trip on 14th May only. It was a clear peak season time for tourists. Hence we checked out few accommodations through various websites and found the rates to be on a very high side. On the other side , I contacted Mr. Prakash for arranging accommodation. He just asked me the budget and no of days. That’s it. With these 2 datas, in a short span of time he was able to book us a very decent stay as per my budget .
Without consulting him
We booked wailtlist ticket in train to Kodaikanal Road thinking that Kodaikanal town is very near to Kodaikanal Station. But for our surprise, From Kodai station to Kodaikanal its around 70 – 90 kms it seems. Mr. Prakash told about this to me well in advance and hence as per his instructions, we were booked an Ac sleeper bus by him on 23rd May.
We reached Kodaikanal on time and from the dropping point , we completed the entire itenary in a single car which was also arranged by him. The stay arrangement Little Castle was really a beautiful place with very good food. The cab driver was not only a driver but also a good photographer , because of which we were able to capture many beautiful memories in and around the Queen of Hills. The Driver was also very friendly polite and courteous person.
All these made our trip a memorable one and I am sure that the 3rd 4th and all the other future trips will be with Roadie-o only.
